Give the gift of a living legacy by sponsoring a Koa Legacy Tree. The Miss America Organization is the largest donor of scholarships to women in the world and provides over $45 million dollars in cash scholarships, grants and tuition waivers annually. As its State affiliate, the Miss Hawaii program also makes available each year almost 1 million dollars in scholarship assistance to the young women of Hawaii.

Encouraged by the ideals of the Miss America program, Miss Hawaii promotes the pursuit of higher education so that its contestants can earn a college or postgraduate degrees and utilize Miss Hawaii scholarship grants to further their educations.

Our program works with individual, state and national platform issues that lead to our contestants contributing hundreds even thousands of volunteer hours each year.

Established in 1948, the Miss Hawaii Organization has maintained a tradition for many decades of empowering Hawaii's women to achieve their personal and professional goals, while providing a forum in which to express their opinions, talent and intelligence.

Each Legacy Tree you plant comes with an Electronic Certificate of Sponsorship sent via email detailing the tree's ID number and GPS location. Embossed paper certificates are $5 additional upon request.
